K-Rotary low energy sprinklers: sustainable innovation for your garden

10 September 2023

There are several ways to maintain a lush garden and at the same time be environmentally friendly. One of these is to use water-efficient sprinklers. Our innovative K-Rotary rotating sprinklers have been designed with the aim of providing maximum water efficiency; this means that you can enjoy a green and healthy lawn without wasting a single drop of water unnecessarily.

But what makes our sprinklers so special? Here are some advantages:
1.   Intelligent water saving: thanks to our multi-jet technology you can reduce water consumption by up to 30% without compromising on results. Every drop of water will be used efficiently, ensuring even distribution and minimising waste.
2.   Durable design: our sprinklers are made of high-strength engineering resin, guaranteeing a long service life. You can count on them for many years, without having to worry about frequent replacements.
3.   Exceptional watering uniformity: thanks to multi-jet technology, our low-power sprinklers guarantee uniform watering over the entire area, even after adjusting the arc and radius. You will no longer run the risk of noticing annoying dry or flooded areas on your lawn.
4.   High protection: the dual-level head of our low-power sprinklers offers extra protection from dirt and unwanted particles, maintaining optimum performance in all conditions.
5.   Simple adjustment: We have made adjusting the sprinklers as simple as possible, without the need for any additional tools. Even inexperienced users can easily adapt the arc and radius of irrigation to their needs, ensuring even water distribution over the entire lawn.
6.   Better absorption in the soil: thanks to the low and controlled water flow, the soil has time to absorb the water more efficiently, thus favouring absorption by the plants and reducing wastage
7.   Reducing the number of zones: The flow rate (l/min), i.e. the amount of water available in your garden, determines whether or not you need to divide your irrigation into several zones; if so, be aware that you can only irrigate one zone at a time, in succession. Thanks to the low water consumption of the K-Rotary, it is possible to multiply the sprinklers in the same zone up to 3 times, reducing the total number of zones and, therefore, irrigation cycles by 1/3. This practice certainly leads to both considerable cost and time savings during installation.

8.   Ideal for situations where water supply is limited: as they do not require large volumes of water, this type of sprinkler can also be useful in situations where water supply is limited, with a minimum flow rate of around 10 litres per minute
9.   Restoration of failed systems: in the event of a sudden reduction in water flow, low-power sprinklers can be the ideal solution to restore uniform irrigation without having to completely redesign the existing system.
10.   Savings on other system components (control unit, solenoid valves, pipes, tubing and fittings): a specific zone corresponds not only to a specific number of sprinklers, but also to a specific number of solenoid valves, pipes and other elements. Consequently, low-consumption sprinklers also include ‘collateral’ advantages such as the possibility of choosing a control unit with fewer, and therefore cheaper, zones, but also fewer fittings, pipes and solenoid valves. Reducing the number of the latter also decreases the size of the valve box that houses them. Finally, putting the above into practice means reducing both the excavations, and therefore the invasiveness of the work, and the time to be dedicated to the installation and maintenance of the system.

Ultimately, choosing low-power sprinklers means achieving excellent performance, saving water and energy, and contributing to water conservation in an efficient and environmentally friendly way.
