I-Dial Indoor is a full-function control unit designed for flexible system management. Its versatility makes it ideal for residential as well as sports and municipal applications. It can control up to 12 solenoid valves with 4 programs and 1 start each. The easy 3 Easy Steps programming methodology allows you to change the programming in just 60 seconds. In addition, extra functions allow for management of the rain sensor and pump.

Pump Start

The Pump Start function allows you to program pump output activation on a zone-by-zone basis.

24 Vac Solenoid

The controllers control 24 Vac normally closed solenoids. The control unit will supply the solenoid with a 24 Vac electrical signal for the entire irrigation time to open the electrovalve.

3 Easy Steps

The special three-step programming feature allows for easy and intuitive programming in less than 60 seconds. The programming logic is based on answering three simple questions: what time of day to water, for how long, and how often.

One Look Display

The 3" backlit display shows you the full irrigation schedule at a glance. It is no longer necessary to navigate through various programming menus to see the irrigation schedule.

Difference between Programs and Zones.

Controllers programs identify an area or group of solenoid valves. Zones identify a specific solenoid valve.

How do I set the start time of the zones?

Irrigation controller programming is based on irrigation cycles distributed over irrigation programs, which means that it is not necessary to set the start time for all zones. It is sufficient to set the start time of the irrigation cycle (program start time) and the irrigation times of the zones. The controller will then open and close the solenoid valves in sequence.

I have programmed the I-Dial or C-Dial controller but it never irrigates.

The days of the week were probably not enabled during programming. Check that the days of the week in the frequency menu are enabled (frame around the day). If they are not active simply press the "+" key to enable the flashing day and move between days of the week with the "enter" key.

The screen shows the umbrella symbol but it did not rain

Verificare che il sensore pioggia a due fili sia correttamente installato e sia un sensore pioggia normalmente chiuso (modello Acqua Click). Se il sensore pioggia non è presente, verificare che il ponte di metallo nel vano morsettiera in corrispondenza della scritta "SENS" sia presente. In caso di centralina I-DIAL OUTDOOR verificare che il collegamento alla rete elettrica 220V sia stato effettuato correttamente (questa operazione necessita di un elettricista abilitato) e che non sia stato installato un trasformatore esterno 220/24 VAC.

It's not possible to activate the rain sensor per zone with C-Dial. It's possible to activate the rain sensor per zone from the EXTRA functions with I-Dial.

I noticed that when irrigation starts, the irrigation cycles are repeated twice in a row. How can I set only one daily cycle?

Check whether 2 start times or 2 programmes are active

The control unit is properly powered but the screen indicates NoAC.

NoAC indicates that the circuit board is not receiving 24VAC. This situation can occur when the fuse is blown or the power supply is blown.
